From my first days as an assistant in early 2011 to opening the doors of HUSH Salon & Spa in the fall of 2019, my career will always be defined by a desire to grow, evolve, and create connection.
Located in a beautiful, historic building in Brewer, Maine, HUSH is meant to feel like a home away from home, for both clients and service providers alike. We're a boutique style, suite rental-based community created for beauty and wellness providers to thrive.
Industry and business-based education is what fuels my passion. I love attending trade shows and classes and enjoy offering mentorship opportunities to both new and established talent on our team.
Outside of my work, I enjoy life with my husband and two dogs, Baxter and Katahdin, on our 45-acre farm in Bucksport.
During the warmer months, we keep busy tending to our gardens, canning, raising meat birds and egg laying chickens. In the cooler months we're harvesting trees for firewood, battling the snow around our property and long driveway, prepping meals and homemade dog food to stock our 4 chest freezers, having fun with sourdough and cooking up magic in the kitchen.
We're working on renovating our home and improving our land, doing all of the work ourselves. If we ever have free time we love sneaking in some time outdoors - backwoods camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, and boating!​
